All prices, unless indicated otherwise are in Indian Rupees. Order will dispatch once the money has been credited in Paraman Food Works bank account, and it takes 48 hours.
All prices and availability of products are subject to change without prior notice at the sole discretion of the Paraman Food Works. Customers can change their order within 24 hours
Cancellation and Refund Policy
The Paraman Food Works reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment levied.
In a credit card transaction, you must use your own credit card. The Paraman Food Works. Will not be liable for any credit card fraud. The liability to use a card fraudulently will be on the user and the onus to "prove otherwise" shall be exclusively on the user.
In the event that a non-acceptance of send package , Paraman Food Works will reduce 50% of the total value and refund the customer with 50% . Cancellation within 24 hours will result in repayment of 75% of total value and 25 % deduction will be made by Paraman Food Works for the expenses incurred. No cancellations are entertained for those products that the Paraman Food Works marketing team has obtained on special occasions like Pongal, Diwali,Valentine's Day, Onam, Newyear etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
Refund process will be make by www.paramanfoodworks.com the same shall be credited to your source account within 7-10 working days and duly notified to you by email.
The Paraman Food Works shall not be liable for any delay / non-delivery of purchased goods due to flood, fire, wars, acts of God or any cause that is beyond the control of the Paraman Food Works.
The User agrees to provide authentic and true information. Damages caused the Paraman Food Works will not be responsible for any damage suffered by users from use of the services on this site. This without limitation includes loss of revenue/data resulting from delays, non-deliveries, missed deliveries, or service interruptions. This disclaimer of liability also applies to any damages or injury caused by any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, communication line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of record, whether for breach of contract, tortuous behavior, negligence, or under any other cause of action.
This agreement shall be construed in accordance with the applicable laws of India. The Courts at Panruti shall have exclusive jurisdiction in any disputes arising out or pertaining hereto.

Shipping & Delivery Policy
Orders are shipped through genuine domestic courier companies and /or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 15 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company . Paraman Food Works is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 15 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to registered address of the buyer as per the credit/debit card only at all times(Unless specified at the time of Order).
